Job Description
We are seeking a talented and motivated process engineer to operate and assist in maintaining molecular beam epitaxy (MBE) systems used for the development of NS Nanotech’s light emitting devices. The ideal candidate would have experience with vacuum systems, thin-film deposition techniques and microfabrication. Hands-on industrial experience with calibrating, maintaining and troubleshooting such equipment would be highly desired for this position. As part of a small start-up company, the candidate will be directly working with the senior scientist leading the epitaxy efforts at NS Nanotech Canada. This is a hands-on, experimental role, perfect for someone who likes to roll up their sleeves and make things work

Coordinate with the technical and management teams, as necessary.
-
Exhibit and mandate safe working and housekeeping practices.

Position Requirements
-
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or similar.
