NS Nanotech's breakthroughs in material science—which have achieved world-firsts for brightness, efficiency, and color saturation for nanoLEDs—are also enabling the world’s lowest-threshold surface-emitting green laser diodes.

At the 2nd Global Summit and Expo on Lasers, Optics, and Photonics, our CEO Seth Coe-Sullivan reported on NS Nanotech's recent laboratory demonstration of "a new paradigm for developing nanoLEDs and low-threshold surface-emitting laser diodes, ranging from deep ultraviolet light to visible wavelengths of the spectrum."
